In compliance with the provisions of articles 15, 16 and 17 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, ARRIOLA & RANGEL, ABOGADOS, domiciled at Av. Marina Nacional 127, Interior Dos, Colonia Los Manzanos, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11320, in Mexico City, the main activity of which is providing legal advisory services, is the party responsible for gathering your personal data, of the use given to such data and the protection thereof, observing for their handling, the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, finality, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility foreseen by the aforesaid Law, as well as the Regulations thereof.

ARRIOLA & RANGEL, ABOGADOS, shall request the following personal data: full name, telephone, and email, address, Federal Taxpayers’ Registry for billing purposes, documents that are the base of the action, depending on the legal subject matter, to be represented by this law firm before the respective authorities (depending on the subject matter: IFE, passport, immigration form, deeds of property, deeds of incorporation, birth, marriage and death certificates, etc.) which we obtain via telephone, personally, through e-mails or through contact via our webpage.
PURPOSES
The personal data obtained from you are used for the preparation of the contract for the provision of professional services with this law firm, preparation of the Privacy Policy of your company or business, sending information regarding legal advice requested from this law firm, or, as the case may be, to have the necessary information and documentation to represent you before the administrative and jurisdictional authorities, in legal actions or administrative proceedings.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that, to comply with the purposes foreseen by this privacy policy, and only in very specific cases that so demand, we will gather and handle sensitive personal data, such as those that refer to your patrimonial condition, or documentation that might contain sensitive personal data, and which is necessary to represent you before administrative or jurisdictional authorities.

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION)
In view of the provisions of articles 28 through 31 of the aforesaid Law, you are entitled to access your personal data and the details of the handling thereof, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, cancel them if you consider they are not necessary for some of the purposes set forth in this privacy policy, are being utilized for unauthorized purposes, or else, oppose handling them for specific purposes.

-Data on the requesting party and means to contact, to reply to the request, who must evidence his/her identity with an official identification .
-Data on the legal representative (if applicable), who will evidence his/her identity, as well as his/her mandate.
-Specify the type of request (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition), and the exact description of what it is intended to be done with your personal data.
-Place and date of the request.
-Name and signature of requesting party.

AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
ARRIOLA & RANGEL, ABOGADOS, reserves the right, at any time, to make amendments or updates to this PRIVACY POLICY, in line with any legislative developments, internal policies or of any new requirements for the submission or offering of our services.
Such amendments will be available to the public in our webpage or will be forwarded to you to the last email address that you may have provided us.
In case of a security breach at any phase of our handling of your personal data that significantly affects your patrimonial or moral rights, the manager will communicate such security breach to you immediately, through our webpage, so that you may take any measures you deem necessary for the defense of your rights.
